Clinical Supervision

What I Offer

Supervision should do more than check a box; it should actually make you a better, more grounded therapist. Clinical supervision here is a space for real growth. I offer a supportive, collaborative environment where emerging therapists can feel safe asking questions, exploring uncertainty, and being fully themselves without fear of judgment.

Together, we focus on building your confidence, sharpening your clinical instincts, and helping you develop your own authentic voice as a therapist. You don’t need to have all the answers! This is where you come to think things through, reflect honestly, and grow into the clinician you want to be.

If you’ve ever left a session wondering, “Did I do that right?”, then you’re in the right place. My goal is to make sure you feel less alone in the work, more grounded in your decisions, and genuinely supported every step of the way.

Providing clinical supervision is a true joy and I’d be honored to work with you.

Many practices will offer stipends to support their new clinicians in obtaining the supervision they need, so be sure to ask! Additionally, I do offer sliding-scale for clinical supervision. Please reach out if you feel you may qualify.

Note that any sliding-scale arrangement will require paystub verification. I require access client charts to oversee clinical documentation.

Opportunities

  • Individual supervision offers a dedicated space to slow down, reflect deeply, and grow with intention. In our weekly work together, the focus is entirely on you. Your cases, your questions, your development, and your voice as a clinician.

I approach supervision as both supportive and thoughtfully challenging. We explore your clinical work from multiple angles by integrating cognitive frameworks with body-based awareness. This helps you understand not just what is happening in the room, but how you are experiencing it as well. Together, we gently examine patterns, question assumptions, and bring awareness to personal biases that may be shaping your perspective.

This is a space where uncertainty is welcome. Whether you are processing difficult cases, navigating countertransference, or refining your clinical instincts, you will be supported in thinking more expansively and responding more intentionally.

    Investment: $150 for 60 minutes

  • Group supervision requires 3-5 clinicians and offers a dynamic and collaborative learning environment where you grow not only through your own work, but through the shared insight and perspectives of others.

In this small, thoughtfully curated group, we create a space that is both supportive and engaging. You will have the opportunity to present cases, receive feedback, and observe how other clinicians think, conceptualize, and navigate similar challenges. The group process naturally invites you to expand your perspective by challenging assumptions, exploring bias, and considering new ways of understanding your clients and yourself.

Our discussions integrate both cognitive and body-based approaches, helping you deepen your clinical awareness while staying connected to your own internal experience. You will be encouraged to reflect not just on your clients, but on how you show up in the work. This includes your reactions, instincts, and areas for growth.

Group supervision is especially powerful for reducing isolation, building confidence, and learning how to think more flexibly and creatively as a clinician. All of this happens while being part of a supportive professional community.
