Insurance and Fees

  • Self-Pay

As of 12/2025, Hannah only offers self-pay therapy services, though insurance contracts are coming in 2026.

If you already have insurance and wonder if self-pay is right for you, then know that paying out of pocket allows you to bypass insurance requirements, ensuring your therapy is tailored exclusively to your needs. With transparent rates and no hidden fees, self-pay provides a hassle-free way to invest in your mental health on your terms. Hannah can provide Superbills that you can submit to your insurance company for out-of-network coverage. You should consult your insurance plan for further details.

  • Sliding Scale

As a social worker, Hannah is deeply committed to making quality mental health care accessible to everyone, regardless of financial circumstances.

She reserves several spaces on her caseload for clients who qualify for the FWP “sliding scale” fee structure.

The sliding scale program grants clients a reduced self-pay rate that is adjusted to a client’s income level.

FWP encourages you to reach out to learn more.

Please note that pay stub verification is required to maintain the integrity of this program and (by law) we are not permitted to offer any self-pay rates to clients on Medicaid.

  • Private Insurance

At From Within Psychotherapy, we’re actively working on contracts to become in-network with private insurance providers such as UnitedHealth, Optum, Anthem BCBS, Aetna and Kaiser.

In the meantime, we can offer a self-pay rate and provide Superbills for clients to submit for out-of-network reimbursement. We are happy to discuss flexible payment options to support your access to care.

Stay tuned for updates, and don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions! For inquires about in-network contract timelines or to find out more about Superbill, please get in touch.

  • Colorado Medicaid

We’re excited to share that From Within Psychotherapy is in the process of securing contracts to become an in-network provider with a variety of Colorado Medicaid plans! While we can’t (by law) work with Medicaid clients in any capacity just yet, we’re thrilled to be making progress toward offering accessible care for all Coloradans.

If you’d like to be among the first to know when we’re ready to welcome clients with Medicaid, join our waitlist by sending a message to our team today. By signing up, you’ll secure priority access to services as soon as they become available. We can’t wait to welcome you soon.
